Elemental Magick
Earth, Air, Fire and Water. The four elements are found in the mystical traditions of the world. Each is an energy that will balance your body, mind, soul and emotions. They embody the sacred principles of Sacred Law, Life, Light and Love. Only through a dynamic balance of the elements can heal and transform. Through these classes, dive deeply into the elements. Learn how their symbolism is embodied in myth, dreams, herbs, crystals and colors. Through journeying, explore their realms and work with elementals, their kings, queens and archangels. Work with the four sacred tools - the chalice, blade, wand and pentacle to build greater mastery in your life. Use word, sound and chant to invite the elements into your life. Fine and remove your unwanted blocks to achieve the balance you have been seeking. (4 Classes, 2.5 hours.)
Exploring the Aura
The aura is the energy field of the body, relating to our health on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Psychics often "read" the aura, but you don't have to feel you are a psychic to experience the energy of the aura yourself. In this workshop/playshop, we will explore the aura and how awareness of it can enhance our lives. Learn how to feel your personal energy and the aura, "see" and interpret the aura and scan for imbalance and illness. Enjoy simple techniques for relaxing, expanding and healing this energy field. Beginners are welcome to this fun introduction. (One class, 3 hours.)
Exploring Wicca (Or Introduction to Wicca & Witchcraft)
Are you interested about the spiritual path of Wicca, witchcraft and paganism, but not sure where to get accurate information? Join author, ordained minister and practicing witch Christopher Penczak for an introductory discussion on this centuries old religion. Discuss exactly what the spiritual practice of Wicca is and what it is not, separating fact from fiction. Topics include the basic beliefs and ethics, history, holidays, altars and spells. Have all your questions answered by an experienced practitioner of the craft and learn to dispel false Hollywood stereotypes. Participate or observe in a short ritual circle at the end of the class. Face of the God
Come discover the rich traditions of the ancient pagan gods. Often misunderstood and under emphasized by modern practitioners, the God plays a multifaceted role in the cycle of life. He is embodied by the Sky, Sun, Grain and Animals, in a process of continual renewal with the Goddess. Hear the myths of old and modern interpretations of the God, along with a meditative experience of personal exploration to discover what aspect of the God has a message for you. (One class, 2-3 hours)
Face of the Goddess
Explore the many faces of the Goddess. She is maiden, mother and crone, warrior, healer, destroyer and poet. Goddess worship has a long and vivid history on our planet. Half of this workshop will be a discussion of goddesses from across the world and the other half is a personal exploration of the Goddess through meditative journey. Discover what goddess seeks to work with you in your own life and spiritual development. All of her children, both women and men, welcome. (One class, 2-3 hours)
Faeries and Witches
Come and discover the mysterious world of the Fey. Stories of Faeries, spirits intimately connected with the land, are found in cultures all over the world. They are sometimes playful, beautiful, mischievous or terrible. Tales of European witchcraft show the bond between these spirits and the wise woman or man. People connected to the Earth - witches, shamans and seers - build a sacred partnership with the Faery folk to heal and transform themselves, their communities and the world. Through this course, learn about the different types of beings commonly referred to as Faeries - including nature spirits, devas, elementals and sidhe, the shining ones of the otherworld. Use meditation and ceremony to find your own Faery spirit allies and build a bridge between your world and the Fey. (3 Classes, 2.5 hours.)
